The main objective for this head office expansion was to create a functional, flexible and sustainable corporate environment, initially targeting LEEDŽ CI Silver and later upgraded to Gold, a title to which this project has since been awarded.

In maximizing daylight and views for occupants, amenities, offices and meeting rooms with full height glazing surround the building core while open office environments were located along the perimeter glazing. Movable walls and systems furniture provide a flexible and adaptable facility for future reconfiguration. Finish selections featured natural materials, colours and textures that present a professional yet relaxed environment.

To further support environmental goals, the design included low water consumption plumbing fixtures, Energy Star electronic equipment and appliances, occupant controlled daylight and occupancy sensors and temperature and ventilation controls to increase occupant comfort.
