This project was the first P3 hospital project in BC as well as LEED NC Silver candidate. Cost control was critical through out the process to meet the P3 budgeting requirements, which was sometimes at odds with the guidelines for LEED, sustainability and a hospital environment.

To meet LEED requirements, key natural lighting, environmental controls, sustainable material selections and sustainable building practices were implemented throughout the planning, design, documentation and construction phases.
