Sustainable design elements are addressed in the initial stages of the design process; not only those which are typically associated with the interiors process, but also considerations on the latest advances for both energy consumption and environmental well being.

These advances support energy considerations, flexibility, enhance employee comfort and contribute to ongoing reductions in operating costs. We are incorporating the best practices of sustainable design to meet the demanding needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

We routinely use design tools such as USGBC’s LEED® Green Building Rating System at the inception of projects to identify specific, measurable goals for review with clients.  We believe that it is possible to design a project to LEED® Silver level without any premium cost over a conventional design. 

If our client wishes to go beyond this, we are capable of leading an integrated design team to achieve the highest levels of sustainable design possible.  Our own offices were designed following LEED® Silver guidelines in buildings (Interiors program had not been established at that time).
